These prices reflect Stone Creeks linens only as described above.

Additional linen selections of size and color may be rented through our party rental partners. Pricing through these vendors will differ from those available through Stone Creek.

In House China is included for most plated dinners up to 50 guests served in The Wilbur Room only.

All outdoor events exceeding 100 guests or off-premise catering china is rented or billed separately.

Heavy-duty paper and Acrylic ware are additional.

Please note that there is a 10pm curfew for on premise outdoor events unless you have booked all the cabins at Daven Haven Lodge.

Then time may be extended to midnight per town’s noise ordinance.

Captain $50/hour/staff /private home service $75/hour

Server* $32/hour/staff /private home service $40/hour

Bartender $30/hour/staff /private home service $40/hour

Cooks / Dishwashers $32/hour/staff /private home service $40/hour

Chef (Carving/Grilling Station) $50/hour/staff /private home service $75/hour

*staffing rates inclusive of all state & federal taxes, social security and matching, workman’s comp, unemployment, and insurance.

(approx. 28.8% of rates charged!!)

*Please remember in your planning to Include a minimum of 2-4 hours set up and 2-4 hours breakdown in addition to serving time.

Food and Liquor

All menu prices are based per person and are subject to a 20% gratuity and all applicable state and local taxes.

All onsite (Daven Haven Lodge) liquor packages are based per person and are subject to a 20% gratuity and all applicable state and local taxes.

Deposit- A $500-$1000 Non Refundable Deposit must be received at the time of contract signing to be considered “booked”.

Terms and Conditions

50% deposit of your Proposed Estimate is due 60 days prior to the event date. Balance Due 7 days prior to your event.

*Covid adjusted due dates and policies have been added to all event contracts.

Fourteen days prior to your event, your guest count and all final details are due. You will be billed on the final number of guest count given or the number of guests attending – whichever is greater.

Your final invoice may change due to rentals, breakage, guest count, services or hours.
