Daven Haven Lodge Site Fees

 Saturdays 4 hour event

   Steakhouse Dining Room seats up to 72 guests -$2800.00 (dining room closes to the public)

   Genevieve’s Garden Patio (Upper and Lower) seats up to 220 guests – $2000.00

   The Wilbur Room seats up to 120 guests-  $800.00

   Pub Patio seats up to 40 guests – $500.00

   Campfire Event Area seats up to 60 guests-$350.00

   Steakhouse Dining room seats up to 72 guests -$2300.00 (dining room closes to the public)

   Genevieve’s Garden Patio (Upper and Lower)  seats up to 285 guests – $800-$1500.00

   The Wilbur Room seats up to 120 guests - $500.00

   Pub Patio seats up to 40 guests – $350.00 (until 4pm only)

   Campfire Event Area seats up to 60 guests - $250.00

   Steakhouse Dining room seats up to 72 guests -$1500.00 (dining room closes to the public)

   Genevieve’s Garden Patio (Upper and Lower)  seats up to 285 guests – $500-$1200.00

   The Wilbur Room seats up to 120 guests-  $300.00

   Pub Patio seats up to 40 guests – $250.00

   Campfire Event Area seats up to 60 guests- 150.00-$250.00

 Over 4 hours please allow $100.00/hour additional to your proposal for staff breakdown and clean up

 Venue Discounts apply for combined weekend events

 Small gatherings under 50 guest $75/Hour (minimum $150.00)

 Meetings and Conferences $100.00/hour (minimum $100.00) Full Day $300.00
