waterfront. This finely finished 2,000 sq ft interior space accommodates up to 122 guests, and includes a
great room, bar and restrooms.

The great room and 1,000 sq. ft. outdoor deck space are perfect for casual or formal events, boasting lake

outdoor covered pavillions, an upstairs banquet room with views of Grand Lake & a large well groomed
front lawn - perfect for outdoor events accomodating up to 300 guests!

Several annual events are held here, including, the Commodores Ball, Commodores Tea, Grand Lake
Library "Tops of the Rockies", Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre Gala Event & "All That Jazz" &
several private functions.

Less than five minutes from the Lodge is a popular area "Point Park," where, thousands of couples have
taken their vows on a large dock over the waters of Grand Lake; with Mt. Baldy as their back drop.

Our Newly remodeled banquet room facility comfortably seats up to 100 guests including a head table up
to twelve. If a head table is not desired there is seating for up to 120 guests. Our log beams bring a feeling
of warmth and comfort to this room. Outdoors, our garden patio reception area will host up to 250 with
space available for tents.

Just 5 minutes from the town of Grand Lake, this rustic barn sits next to the Colorado River with a grassy
meadow surrounding the site. With a 100 person maximum, this quite reception area is sure to bring the
intimacy you desire for your event.

Ceremony locations have been welcomed next to the river or at the back doors of the barn and dinner
tables will hold well either outdoors (weather permitting) or indoors on the bottom floor.

A new facility, just at the beginning of town, complete with a 1,900 square foot deck and patio with
